Contribute to the Resource Bank
What can I contribute?
Anything that's educational and produced by yourself. PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel documents, Images, Flash animations, Websites and anything else useful.
What do I need to do to start contributing?
You must first create an account with us by clicking here. The account is used to pay you your percentage earned monthly and no other reason. Please read our privacy policy for more information. As well as your details, we will also need you to have a PayPal account that we can pay directly into.
Is there a cost for contributing?
Absolutely not. In fact, you get money for contributing, currently 30% of the total amount of the item. This is subject to change depending on what the costs of hosting and processing do.
When will I get paid?
At the end of the month providing there has been a purchase of your resource at some point during that month.
How much do I charge?
Not much in our opinion. The aim is to provide cost effective convenience, not to make millions. The minimum cost due to processing fees is £1.00 and we suggest an absolutely maximum cost of £5.00. A complete e-book is definitely worth £5.00 but a single Word document or PowerPoint presentation is really worth only a pound of your english money. Complex items such as Flash animations may also fetch higher premiums due to the time taken to develop such resources. We will charge what you suggest unless we deem it unsuitable, if that is the case, we will open dialogue before it goes live.
How do I submit a file?
Obviously we cannot let people just post anything at all, we have a responsibility to clear all items beforehand. We will also look at copyright issues although as the author, the buck stops with you. You can email us at questions@electricalquals.com with an item for submission. As the site grows, we hope to automate the system and make it quicker and easier, at the moment as we are in the early days we cannot afford the risk on outlay for such a system.
