Resource Bank

The resource bank is an opportunity for you to download individual documents such as handouts, questions, PowerPoint presentations and Flash animations. All documents are very reasonably priced, for instance a Word document should be priced at around £1.00. It is our intention to encourage the sharing of material as well as give something back to the original author...

It is also an opportunity for you to upload your own material and benefit financially from others downloading it.

I want to contribute and know more about the resource bank

I want to view whats currently in the resource bank

Example

For example, you have created an excellent presentation on dead testing which worked extremely well with your class. You think the quality is superb so you decide to upload it to the Resource Bank. A fellow lecturer who is also a member of the site has been asked to deliver the City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing course but has previously never delivered it. They log onto the site, search and find your presentation and thinks that it fits the bill exactly. They then download it for a nominal payment (lets say £2.00) and uses it in their class. You as a contributer will recieve approximately £0.68 from the transaction. If 10 people download the presentation, you will recieve a payment for £7.50 at the end of the month. The site is also open to students to help them in their studies.

Resource Cycle

As part of our daily work, learning material is created naturally, many of it in the face of increasing daily responsibilities and paperwork within training organisations. For this reason, much, if not all learning material is created on evenings or weekends, when you are not paid. This gives you the opportunity to get something back or indeed, save such time by downloading appropriate material for the lesson.
